With over 20 years in the hair industry, including 15 dedicated to Dawns Pizzazz, I am a seasoned Salon Manager. Customer service isn't just a role for me-it's the soul of our salon. From shaping salon operations to leading our team, I bring a personal touch to every visit. For me, customer service is an art, crafting moments that go beyond the mirror reflection to ensure you feel genuinely cared for and leave with a satisfying experience.

Beyond the salon, I'm deeply involved in community fundraising, extending our salon's heart beyond its doors.

On a personal note, I'm a proud mother of three grown girls and a loving wife. When I'm not in the salon, you'll find me embracing family time...hopefully at the beach!
