I’ve been in the hair industry for 25 years and have spent the last 18 of them right here at Dawn’s Pizzazz. Customer service is at the heart of everything I do—it’s not just part of my role, it’s the standard I work to uphold alongside our team every day. From overseeing daily operations to supporting and leading our staff, I’m very hands-on and believe the best salon experiences are built on genuine care and connection.

I love helping create a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest and making sure they feel seen, comfortable, and truly taken care of from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave. I’m also proud to be part of the team that supports and drives our salon’s philanthropic efforts, which are an important part of who we are as a company.

Outside of the salon, I’m a proud wife and mom to three beautiful daughters. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me soaking up family time—preferably somewhere near the beach, with sunshine, salty air, and my toes in the sand, chasing beach days whenever I can.
