Dawn’s Pizzazz began in Danbury; Connecticut in June of 1986 with a vision rooted in beauty, creativity, connection, and community. In April of 2012, Dpz North opened in Litchfield, expanding that vision while continuing the same commitment to exceptional experiences and meaningful relationships.

Over the past four decades, DPZ has grown into more than a salon and spa. It has become a place where friendships were built, confidence was rediscovered, milestones were celebrated, and people were genuinely cared for.

From first haircuts to wedding mornings… from transformations to healing moments… our chairs have held generations of stories.

What has always made DPZ special is not only the artistry behind the chair, but the culture built within it. A culture centered around education, passion, growth, generosity, and making people feel seen.

Through golf tournaments, fashion shows, charitable partnerships, cut-a-thons, holiday drives, and fundraising events, the salon has proudly helped raise and give back over one million dollars to organizations and causes close to its heart.
